Minute 4: Rest

So, this is my standard cardio workout, just renting for a minute after every round. I would finish the bike at about the 40-second mark, so I get just over a minute rest before I go back to the ski.

I’m posting this as a variant, just because the rest after every round almost made it a completely different workout. I did it because I was tired and lazy, but I what I found is that I went harder on every machine, especially the bike.

I was just as wiped out at the end as I am without any of the rest. Weird.
