I’m putting this in today, even though I’ve done it a few times over the last month.

It’s a hard workout. I’ve tried it both straight through, and as a 30-minute EMOM. I haven’t finished it.

My diet is a little weird right now (I lowered carbs quite a bit), so I’m low on energy. But, still – it’s hard. The HPCs are heavy and take a lot out of you – more than you’d expect.

Or maybe I’m just out of shape? Who knows…
