25 Cal Assault Bike
100m Farmer's Carry (2 x 70#)

Long, long workout. Probably took me 40 minutes. Solid, though – kept my heart rate up for a while.

Did this again but instead of the farmer’s carry, I held a 70# KB overhead and walked 100-feet with each arm (so, down and back with the left; then down and back with the right).

This is item #18 in a sequence of 242 items.
