Burpee Box Jump
Seated Strict Press (115#)

Still nursing a back injury, so I did the strict press sitting down, which made it surprisingly harder. I started at 135#, but had to back off to 115#, because you just don’t have as much power. I think it’s because your ability to arch your back is reduced.

The whole workout just murdered me. But it got done.
