This was a garbage workout. I just made it up because I needed a mover, and I didn’t want anything to be sort the next day (my birthday WOD tomorrow!).
I was off today. Everything was slow, and the bar seemed really heavy.
I think I got 7-8 rounds. I lost count.
Not a great day.
