I didn’t time this, I just worked through it. I was going to do seven rounds, but five turned out to be enough.

The box pushes were difficult, especially on the way back. I think the leading edge of the box when I came back was different, because it was noticeably harder to push in that direction.

I would get about five reps of bench press (after the first round, where I got, I think, eight), and five pull-ups.
