I did this because I have some tendonitis in my left elbow, so I’m trying to find things that don’t bend my arm for a while.
It was a good workout. Took me way, way too long. For most people, this is a 20-minute workout. But it was my first workout in 10 days, since getting back from a missions trip, so I was struggling.
Also, I used the BikeErg, not the Assault Bike. The BikeErg’s handles don’t move – it’s just like a regular bike. Same calories though, so I think the effort is the same, it just moves down to your legs.
