I didn’t know what this was going to be when I started. I was trying to do some strength work with a cardio component.

I could have moved faster through, but it absolutely got my heart rate up. I used a dumbbell for the goblet squat, held horizontally, which kind of made it a front squat.

I don’t remember my total reps, but I was in the 60s for the squat and the bench, and I did 50 rows (five per round, each arm).

I could have done better here.
