1 Strict Pull-Up
3 Burpee Box Jumps
Kind of a weird one, but effective. I wanted some strict overhead work, and needed something else to make the EMOM tough.
It was a push. I got the work done in about 20 seconds, then I would sit on the box for 30 seconds, then get back to the bar. Even then, it’s harder than you think it’s gonna be. The burpee box jumps just wrecked me. The last few rounds were tough.
