This should be called “50 med ball cleans and some other stuff.” The med ball cleans took more time that the other two things combined. At the end, I was probably going one every 20 seconds or so.

Postscript: the next day, my hip erectors were sore. I don’t think I’ve ever actually made these muscles sore before.
