Kind of a garbage workout, but it was effective.
The KB sit-ups are new for me. You lie on your back with a KB straight-armed over your chest. Then you do a sit-up, while the KB moves overhead, so at the top, you’re holding it straight up in the air. I thought they were really effective.
I was slow on this one. First round started at 2:30, and went downhill from there. The power snatches wiped me out.
