I did this weirdly. I was in the gym at night with my daughter, and she insisted on watching Harry Style’s set from Coachella on the TVs. So I would sit for minutes between movements watching Harry.
It was weirdly good? Lower intensity than normal, clearly, but you could concentrate on every movement more. I probably took 45 minutes, but there was a lot of sitting.
Not a way to do every workout, but not a horrible day either.
