Rest 5:00 then do it again in reverse.
I kinda stole this from Scott Panchik’s Instagram account. Not exactly, but it’s very similar, both in rep scheme, movements, and the up/down format.
I programmed this for a Sunday, and tested it. The first round took me 10:38. Then I restarted at 15:38, and I think the second round took be 13-something. I believe I finished just over 29 minutes total.
The final ski is just miserable.
