5 S2OH (155)

This was programmed at my gym as a 200m row and five HSPU. However, HSPU tend to screw my neck up, so I decided to do the five S2OH instead. I figured it would be easy.

It. Was. Not.

Five x 155 on a S2OH is non-trivial. It would wipe me out, and the row would go very, very slowly.

Also, this taxed my lower-back something fierce. I wore a belt during the S2OH, but it was still pretty brutal to go from that back to the row.

Tough workout.
