Do not work past 90 seconds.

I programmed this for a Sunday. I didn’t do it – Isabella found it on Instagram, and I modified it a bit.

They tell me if was really hard, and they ended up just doing 90 seconds on, 30 seconds rest.

Looking back…yeah, this is rough. A 400m run takes me right about two minutes. For the women, in particular, a 400m ski in two minutes is not gonna happen.
