This was supposed to be an EMOM, but it didn’t work out very well. I stupidly underestimated how much the OHS was going to tax my shoulders. On the 8th minute, I almost missed the bench press.

So, I took a bit of a rest, then did two rounds, then rested. But even then, it was too much on my shoulders.

So I switched the bench and the OHS, which helped a bit, but it was still a long haul. In the end, I was just working through the remaining rounds, without a time clock.
