Alternate 30-seconds light with 30-seconds hard

This was awful. A friend recommended this. It’s sustained cardio, where you effectively get no rest, because after 30 seconds of hard work, you just have to keep pedaling.

I got 305 calories. My friend, who is probably a 140-pound female, got 343, which is insane.

Never again.
