Again, I don’t know why I do these things, but I’m starting to wonder about longer-form, lower-intensity workouts. This is the longest I have ever rowed in my life.
OMG, I hate them. CrossFit has given me “exercise ADD.” I can’t concentrate on anything too long. I get bored so easily.
Anyway, I got:
- A average 500m split time of 2:11.6
- Average of 19 s/m
I hated every minute of it.
I wanted 7,500m, but considering that would be about my 5,000m PR x 1.5, it’s probably not realistic.
My number from this workout interpolates to a 5,000m pace of about 21:53, which is not great, honestly
