Just a long grinder. I was trying to get it under 30min, but didn’t make it. At the end of five rounds, I was at 14:58, so just barely under the necessary pace, and I clearly spiraled a bit in the second half.

I’m trying to approach longer workouts without blasting out of the gate. I’m trying to do a more “slow and steady” approach and take pressure off myself. Getting through it is what matters, not so much speed.
