In 20 minutes, perform as many reps as possible of:

Strict Pull-Up
Bench Press (135)
Back Squat (135)

It’s tough to acknowledge how bad I did at this workout.

I rotated through the movements. So, I did as many pull-ups as I could unbroken (with a band even…), then as many bench press, then as many squats, then back to pull-ups.

I got through the entire cycle eight times. I forgot to write down my scores, but I think this is right:

Woof, that’s bad.

Back when I was prepping for Murph, I would do this workout for 50/100/150, for time.

But I’m coming off a series of injuries, and this is the first time I’ve picked up a barbell in six weeks. I’ve been doing bodyweight work, but haven’t lifted a weight. So this was tough.

Tomorrow should be a riot.
