This is a variation on the last one I did – three couplets, descending rep scheme.

The parts play into each other nicely. When you get to the skier, your triceps are fried from 60 push-ups. When you get the the bike, your legs are fried from 60 air squats.

This took me 30 minutes, but I was recovering from being sick all week. I think would be a 20-25 min workout normally.
