Finisher: 100 sit-ups
I programmed this for a Sunday. I didn’t do it, but it looked like a lot of work. I only had females do it, and I felt bad, since I didn’t allow for any break on the rowing calories for the ladies.
I have done this rep scheme with an empty bar push press. It’s more work than you think.
