The HPC should be heavy enough that the first round of 10 takes 2-3 sets.

I didn’t do this, but I programmed it for a Sunday. I would have done this at 185#, but I didn’t feel like anyone went that relatively heavy (a guy who is about my level of strength did it at 155#).

Still, it took people a long time, especially the women – there’s no break on calories for women, and 165 total calories on the bike is non-trivial.
