Med Ball Sit-Ups

Power snatches get really, really long here. By the time I was done with them, I was happy to get back to the burpees, which is clearly not normal.

Never sure what to make of med-ball set-ups. They kind of seem like a waste sometime, because the weight of the ball acts like a counterweight or “flywheel” to pull you forward. I’ve never felt like these were any harder than regular sit-ups.
