Do 30 Sit-ups every 5 minutes (0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25)
I wanted to do something monostructural, like a 30min bike, but I get bored easy and just couldn’t bear it. So I broke it up with sit-ups.
The sit-ups took 1:00 for the first round, out to about 1:40 in the last round.
I got 264.0 calories on the bike. I had 247 with one minute to go, so I managed to get 17 in that last minute. I estimate that I was biking for a total of 22 minutes, so it’s a decent pace.
