Funny story: I forgot my workout shoes, so I had to come up with something that I could do in my socks. This worked well.
Quick sprinter. Gotta push through hard to the end.
(I didn’t have any stability problems without shoes, but lemme tell you – the mats in the gym just sucked the heat out of my feet. They were just ice cubes by the end of it.)
