Deadlift (185)

This wrecked me. Going from the deadlifts right back to the bike was brutal. I would actually recover a bit at the start of the bike, then pedal faster toward the end of the round, but every bike started really slow.

Honestly, 185# is just a terrible deadlift weight for me in a WOD. It’s just heavy enough to not be trivial, but light enough that I cycle reps really quickly. Any lighter and I don’t feel it, any heavier, and I slow down. But 185 is just the perfect storm of deadlifting weight for me.
