This is a derivation of my standard 30min EMOM workout, but I’m nursing a groin pull, so I swapped out the row for the double-unders.
This wrecked me. I don’t know if it was just an off day, or it was the DUs. They were short – they took maybe 15 seconds – but they were way more intense than the bike or the ski.
