1:00 rest between each round

Every other round in reverse order (11, 7, 5, 3; then 3, 5, 7, 11; etc.)
Do at least two rounds on each cardio device

This is a nice interval workout. Each round is pretty exhausting, and I can’t decide if it was better to have the heavy cleans at the beginning or the end.

Due to my groin pull, I did hang power cleans. Not as much movement, but I couldn’t do them as singles, so it balances out.

Like anything with a heavy bar, a lot of this depends on weight honesty. If you fudge the clean weight, it will be way easier. If you’re honest with the weight, it’s pretty brutal.
