15 Cal Ski
15 Leg Raises
I have a nagging groin pull, so I’m trying to find things where my knees don’t come apart. This means cardio, upper body, core, and maybe some light deadlifting.
This was okay. I should have done the ski first, because it was a lot harder.
The time might be off. I was kind of using this as a recovery workout, and wasn’t trying to break any records.
