etc.

Clearly, this is Annie, one of The Girls, plus some other stuff.

Weirdly, the other stuff lets you go faster on the Annie stuff. Your abs and calves get a break before you go back to the sit-ups and double-unders.

The time is a guess. Someone reset the clock in the middle of it. That seems about right, because I can do regular Annie in about 8 minutes.
