I knew I was in trouble before I even left my house. I spent five minutes shoveling some snow on the driveway, and I was totally winded. I knew this was not gonna go well.
It didn’t.
My first round was in about two minutes, but it spiraled down from there. I think my last round took me about four minutes.
This took me 18:06, but something was really off with me today. That’s not typical. On any other day, I think I could do it in 15. Someone better than me should easily get it in sub-12.
The HPC were rough, especially with the transition to the overhead bar. My grip was a little shot.
As for the workout, it’s DT-ish again – those are the three movements of DT, I just messed around with the rep counts and inserted some other movements.
