I often do this working as an EMOM for 30 mins, but as that’s gotten easier, I’ve started just going straight through.

It’s 100 cals of each device. Done consecutively, this would be sub-20 min (postscript: it is NOT), but there are 29 transitions here, which take about 10 seconds each, so you’ll likely go over 20 min. I think my PR on this is 21:06 or something.

The last two rounds get pretty rough.
