This is another attempt to make Cindy more interesting. Essentially, you’re sprinting 3 rounds of Cindy, then resting for 4-5 mins. My times steadily got longer: 2:52 3:13 3:47 4:02 That means I got more than 5min of rest between rounds 1-2. Had I done a fifth round, it would have been less than 4min rest.
