Sprint three rounds every 8min -- 0, 8, 16, and 24. So you'll do 12 rounds total, in four groups of three.
This is another attempt to make Cindy more interesting. Essentially, you’re sprinting 3 rounds of Cindy, then resting for 4-5 mins.
My times steadily got longer:
- 2:52
- 3:13
- 3:47
- 4:02
That means I got more than 5min of rest between rounds 1-2. Had I done a fifth round, it would have been less than 4min rest.
