One of my go-to workouts has been this for 10 rounds, but I felt good today, so I went for 12.
This is good, pure cardio. It’s about 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off – the bike was dead-on 30 seconds for me; the row was a little less; the ski was a little more.
It’s a super simple workout that you don’t have to think about too hard. The intervals keep you percolating right under exhaustion, which is nice. This is an easy workout to recover from. There’s nothing here that will make you sore.
