For a while, a go-to workout for me is 10 rounds of the deadlift and burpee couplet in this workout. You can get it done in less than 10 minutes, but it’s brutal.
I decided to split that in two, and put some stuff in the middle. You actually got some rest in this workout, because you had to transit to and from the bar quite a bit in the middle.
I didn’t do this workout (I programmed it for a Sunday), but I’m told the deadlift/burpee finisher was very unpleasant.
