2 Squat Clean and Jerks at 80%-85%
The Clean and Jerks should be too heavy to do an unbroken double. You’ll probably spend a lot of time staring at the bar on the ground. Towards the end, people who went appropriately heavy were staring at the bar for 15-20 seconds between reps.
Remember: the bar isn’t going to lift itself. Get after it.
