This was good, but not very hard. Cardio-wise it was manageable, but 75 GHDs is a lot. I was a bit of a mess for the couple days following.

The soreness was mainly in my hip erectors. It went below my belly button and then split into two areas of pain, each centered in the hip crease above each leg.
