30 Strict Pull-Ups

I started this off with 30 strict pull-ups for time. I dropped my time below 7:00 which is progress.

So, the last 10 pull-ups of that test we’re the 10 pull-ups of the first round. Also, in the first round, I forgot I was doing dips (yes, really), and did 20 push-ups instead. Then I saw the dipping bars and remembered what I was doing.

The dips were a lot of work.
