100' Sled Push between each round

This was a long one. It’s 55 reps of bench and pull-ups, which is the most I’ve ever done of either in a single workout.

The sled push was – as usual – miserable. As the reps came down, there were less and less time between pushes. Most of the time in the workout was spent recovering from pushing the sled (I did 50’ x 2, so I had to rest twice).
