Front Squat (185#)

Pretty brutal. I didn’t rush, just moved methodically.

Things slowed down on the pull-ups, clearly. The front-squats were hard for me (my front squat is terrible); I never got more than three unbroken.

The deadlift was light, so it felt like cardio, which meant the bench press was harder than it should have been.

Good workout.
