I didn’t really go one into the other here. I did the sit-ups and pulls while I was waiting for someone else to finish working out. But it was a reasonably fast transition.

The deadlifts went slow – maybe one every 20 seconds. And I got bogged down in the burpees. Finally, it goes without saying that the final bike was absolutely miserable.

I didn’t time the entire thing, but the second part took me about 16 minutes.
