Just a long chipper.

The farmer’s carries were a nice way to end it. They took me fully six+ minutes. Little cardio, but forearms and traps were in rough shape afterwards.

Note: the next day, my calves were sore. I’ve never done farmer’s carries to the point where my calves got sore…
