10 Sit-Ups
I just did this to keep working on strength with cardio for 30 minutes. I got 12 rounds. Here’s how I did on each movement:
- Front Squats: did 2 each round
- Bench Press: 5 on round 1, then 3 for a few rounds, then settled into 2
- Strict Pull-up: 2 per round, done as singles
It was a lot of work. When the sit-ups were done, I was dreading getting back to the bar for the squats.
