No idea why I wanted to do this, but it’s just a crappy long chipper.
Above is the order I’ll program for a Sunday. I finished with power cleans, wall balls, and burpees, which was awful. I ran into the cleans like a brick wall.
This workout was mean to me like a high school bully.
