Pick your own weights. Make it challenging. It should be a difficult single.

Attempts count! If you miss the lift, keep moving.

I programmed this for a Saturday. It’s my absolute favorite partner WOD.

Everyone loves heavy Oly lifting, and the rounds are short. The first round is easy, but the last round is a killer.

Long, long workout. I’ve never seen it completed in less than 30min.
