This is two of The Girls together – Annie and then Helen. I’ve called this “Hellie” in the past.

I had a rough day today. I have an 8:00-ish and a 12:00-ish Helen. With fatigue, this gets me to the low-20s.

I was in the high-20s today, and I have no idea why. I was a mess.
