5 Bar Facing Burpees
It turned into intervals in the second half, because some of the movements (the barbell work, in particular) is “non-restable,” so I ended up working really hard for 15-30 seconds, then resting for 15-30 seconds, before launching into the next movement.
My time was long on this one. I should have been way faster.
