Ingeniux released their 2020 Digital Priorities Survey. There’s some surprising information in there:
- Pure IT control over website management is down to just 10% of respondents. Marketing and communications owns the website (solely, not cross-functionally…) almost 60% of the time
- Over half the respondents manage more than six websites (this is far more than I expected)
- Over half of respondents use more than one CMS
It’s an interesting read overall.
